Tulane University is consolidating its event and virtual event management systems into a unified process to streamline the management of event spaces across campuses. Campus Services has partnered with Information Technology to complete this transition by Thursday, July 27, 2023. Please expect email updates from Campus Services and Information Technology on migration downtime, user impact, and system tutorials and trainings.
Tulane’s Event Management System (EMS) allows users to browse for space availability and create a reservation request for events and meetings at Tulane University. To log into EMS, go to: ems.tulane.edu.
Please register all events on WaveSync at least 21 days before your event.
Tulane now has one centralized EMS system for all event and meeting space reservations: ems.tulane.edu. Reservation requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservation Requests Criteria
Space reservation requests must be submitted online using the following criteria:
- Requests must be submitted online at ems.tulane.edu.
- Tulane credentials are required to access the reservation system.
- Tulane user accounts are assigned to employees, students, alumni, and/or vendors.
How it Works
Follow these steps to access EMS:
- Go to ems.tulane.edu.
- Enter your Tulane single sign-on credentials. Please use your Tulane username without @tulane.edu as your EMS "User Id."
- Select "Sign In".
