The customer engagement office of Campus Services provides a one-stop shop service experience on both the downtown and uptown campuses. Our staff are all cross-trained to handle parking, dining, vending, Splash Card, and facilities-related matters as well as answer general questions about Campus Services and the university. This customer-centric approach positions our staff to understand the unique needs of our diverse community and provides faster, better, more convenient service consistent across our units.
