Bicycle Registration

You must register your bicycle through the Tulane University Police Department, as of July 2025. Bike permits may be picked up from either of the TUPD offices:

  • Uptown Campus: 
Diboll Complex
  • Downtown Campus
: 1201 Tulane Avenue (Deming Building)
