Newcomb Circle will continue to be closed to vehicle traffic from Tuesday, July 14 to Monday, July 20 due to the Unified Green project. Construction work will occur daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Drivers should expect traffic detours and increased construction vehicle activity in the area. Newcomb Circle will be closed and traffic will be redirected around the work zone. Flaggers will assist with traffic control as needed. 

Motorists are encouraged to allow extra travel time and follow posted detour signage. 

Emergency utility work at the intersection of Plum Street and Audubon Street has been extended through next week due to unforeseen underground infrastructure. Work is expected to continue Wednesday, July 8 to Saturday, July 18. Parking permit holders should expect traffic delays, lane restrictions, construction activity, and blocked parking access in the area. 
Please allow extra travel time and follow posted detours and traffic control personnel. 

Please plan for there to be 25 parking spaces blocked and not for use at McAlister Drive, on the Katherine & William Mayer Residences side, on Thursday, July 2 to Tuesday, July 7. This parking restriction is due to tree trimming.

Newcomb Circle between Newcomb Place and Audubon Street will be closed due to Unified Green construction activity on Monday, June 29 through Monday, July 13.

During this time, vehicles, pedestrians, and golf carts will be detoured around the work zone. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays near Audubon Street—between Newcomb Circle and Plum Street—and are encouraged to allow extra travel time when navigating campus. 

Audubon Street between Plum Street and Newcomb Circle will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic on Thursday, June 25, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. This closure is necessary to accommodate a material delivery for the Newcomb Hall renovation project. During this time, detour signage will be in place, and flaggers will assist in directing vehicles and pedestrians around the area. Motorists are encouraged to plan alternate routes and use caution when traveling nearby.
