Our Mission

Facilities Services maintains and ensures the functionality of the university's built environment.  We provide all building maintenance and other services such building automation systems, carpentry, custodial, electrical service, life safety systems, HVAC installation and repair, painting, plumbing, keys, motor pool repair, landscape services, moving services, power plant operations and utility services. We also have professional services which include construction/renovation for small campus projects.
