Fall 2024 Due Dates for Students
The departments within the Division of Campus Services provide Tulane students with identification cards, dining options, course materials, technology and computer needs, parking, transportation, and more. The following due dates from our departments will help you prepare for the academic year.
May: Check with the Technology Connection campus store for back-to-school computer specials with promotions from Apple ®, Dell, and other manufacturers. Tech Connect also has a loaner and repair program for students. For more information, go to: techconnect.tulane.edu
June 3: The dining plan portal opens. Please review or change your dining plan. The last day to change your dining plan without being charged an additional fee is August 23. After the deadline, you can make changes until August 30, but with change fees added. For more info, go to: dining.tulane.edu REQUIRED
June 17: NTC Undergrad Bundle scholarship application opens. For more information, go to: academic-equity.tulane.edu/ntc-undergrad-book-bundle-scholarship
Week of June 24: Check your email for information on how to ship items to Tulane. We strongly recommend using the 2-Ship shipping portal to make your move-in experience easier and more efficient. New students will also have a packet mailed to their home address. For more information, go to: mailservices.tulane.edu. FYI: All residential students are assigned a campus mail code. Please save your mail code for future reference. REQUIRED
June 28: Splash Card photo is due on this day. You will receive your Splash Card in your check-in packet when you arrive on campus for move in. Upload your photo as soon as possible to ensure you receive your Splash Card during move-in. REQUIRED
July 20: Eligible Newcomb-Tulane College students will receive an email from the Tulane bookstore about the NTC Undergrad Bundle. Students should respond to this email immediately and select pickup or delivery so that their course materials and books will be ready on the first day of classes. Please remember the NTC Undergrad Bundle includes digital materials and is not a-la-carte. For more information, go to: bookstore.tulane.edu
August: Become familiar with the shuttles and transportation options at Tulane. Options include buses between campuses and on-demand transportation to and from designated areas. For more info, go to: shuttles.tulane.edu
August 11 to August 17: Shop for household items such as laundry baskets, storage containers, lamps, hangers, small electronics, and more at the Trash to Treasure sale. Follow them on Instagram @tulanetrashtotreasure for more details, and to volunteer!
