June 3: The Dining Plan Portal opens. Please review or change your dining plan. The last day to change your dining plan without being charged a fee is August 22. After the deadline, you can make changes until August 29, but with change fees added. For more info, go to: https://tulane.campusdish.com/DiningPlans REQUIRED

June 16: NTC Undergrad Bundle scholarship application opens. [LINK to be provided from NTC soon]

Mid-June: Check your email for information on how to ship items to Tulane for in-room delivery during move-in. New students and families will also receive this information via mail. We strongly recommend using the shipping portal. All residential students are assigned a campus mail code to manage mail, which is included in the mail packet. Please save your mail code for future reference. REQUIRED

June 20: You will receive your Splash Card in your check-in packet when you arrive on campus for move in. Upload your Splash Card / Tulane ID photo as soon as possible to ensure you receive your Splash Card during check-in. REQUIRED

July 18: Eligible Newcomb-Tulane College students will receive an email from the Tulane bookstore about the NTC Undergrad Bundle. Students should respond to this email immediately and select pickup or delivery so that their course materials and books will be ready on the first day of classes. Please remember the NTC Undergrad Bundle includes digital materials and is not a-la-carte. For more information, go to: https://campusservices.tulane.edu/bookstore/course-materials

August 29: This is the last day to opt out of the NTC Undergrad Bundle with the Tulane bookstore.
If you are considering opting out of the NTC Undergrad Bundle, the Tulane bookstore recommends that you first calculate the possible level of savings on textbooks and course materials very closely. Many students have opted out then opted back in once they realized their level of savings.

And remember: if you opt-out, you will have to pay for full retail costs for digital materials, separately. If you don’t return your books at the end of the semester, you may be charged full retail costs and the bundle fee.
