Customer Engagement
Campus Services has customer engagement offices on Tulane's downtown and uptown campuses that provide a one-stop shop service experience. Our staff are cross-trained to handle all matters related to Campus Services as well as answer general questions about the university. This customer-centric approach positions our staff to understand the unique needs of our diverse community and provide faster, better, more convenient service consistent across our units.
