Please follow these steps to request a WaveSync portal for your department.
- Go to tulane.campuslabs.com/engage/
- Sign in using your Tulane credentials (use your full email address that includes “tulane.edu”).
- Under “Tulane University” there are three tabs: Home, Organizations, Events. Select “Organizations.”
- Select “Register an Organization” under the search box in the right sidebar.
- Scroll down the page, past the “Re-Register Existing” list, and select “Register a New Organization.”
- Fill in all the required boxes on the form.
- Select “Submit.”
Once your WaveSync portal request is submitted, the WaveSync administrator will approve your request, which could take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email when your portal request has been approved and is live on the WaveSync site. Please note: You will not be able to register any events until your portal has been approved.
