Vendor Permit Information

Do I need a parking permit?

All vehicles parked on campus must have an active parking permit displayed in their vehicle. Vendors must contact the Tulane employee managing their project to submit a request to Parking Services to purchase a permit. Vendor permits can be paid by credit card, cash or check. We are not able to accept American Express. Parking zones are strictly regulated to ensure there are spaces available for valid permit holders.

All contractors/vendors, visitors, service technicians, etc. are required to purchase parking permits:

  • Daily--$5/day (valid in the Claiborne Avenue Lot and in in Diboll Garage, third floor and above)
  • Vendor A permit--$500 (approval required)
  • Vendor B permit--$250 (valid in the Claiborne Avenue Lot only, excluding Reserved All Hours. Approval Required)

No permit will be issued if payment is not received by the Campus Services office. In addition, the Senate Committee on Physical Facilities has determined that these persons are responsible for paying any fines/fees incurred against their vehicles. If payment, after notification, is not received by the Bursar's Office or the Customer Engagement office within the prescribed time, vehicles are subject to immobilization and all fees must be paid before the vehicle will be released. Vendor/Contractor vehicles permitted within fenced job sites shall display the appropriate company logo in a conspicuous place on the vehicle. Outstanding traffic citations will be billed to parent company.
