Events for the upcoming work week
- ENFRA is working on getting AH-3 and AH-4 running this week, and installing air curtains in elevator lobby
- Marvins installing switches and getting ready to start trimming out all the fixtures
- CSI finishing up insulating
- King waiting to drop in the rest of the ceiling tiles once closed ceiling inspections are finalized
- Bonitz is skimming and prepping floors on the mezz to start installing by the end of the week
- CPC painting final coat throughout space.
- DeGeorge is installing glass this week
- Custom cabinets will be delivering and starting the install of all cabinets throughout space this week
Recap of work performed (May 25-29, 2026)
- ENFRA worked on getting the AHU’s 3and 4 running, but it looks like it will be completed next week
- Marvins removed temporary lights and power as needed as well as started installing switches throughout space
- CSI finishes up insulating throughout space
- King finished the drywall around the fire shutter and is working to get ceilings closed up
- Bonitz skimmed and laid the LVT on the first floor
- CPC installing final paint as needed
