Submit a Service Wave. Service Wave is Tulane’s work ticket management system, which tracks issues in buildings. Requests for services relating to campus buildings, recycling, and custodial needs should be made via Service Wave. When there are issues in a residence hall room with lighting, electricity, plumbing, walls, water, locks/card readers, air conditioning, furniture, or microfridges, please submit a ticket to servicewave.tulane.edu. Students can also submit Service Wave requests for common spaces, including communal bathrooms and study spaces in the residence halls. If a student notices something wrong in a building or wants us to know more about an issue they are experiencing, please submit a ticket at servicewave.tulane.edu. This will provide students with a record of the ticket: when it was sent, when work was completed, what was done, or if there is a delay due to a required part.
