Departments that have guests visit their offices on the downtown campus can direct them to park in nearby flat lots, paid street parking, and other parking garages. More information on those options is below:
Special Guest Parking
Limited parking spaces in Tidewater may be requested only for guests of the SPHTM Dean’s Office and departmental guests with mobility issues or the occasional distinguished visitor. Departments/units hosting events with external participants will need to direct those individuals to park in surrounding parking lots/garages. Departments requesting special guest parking will be required to complete and submit the Tidewater Guest Parking Form a minimum of three business days in advance of the guest’s arrival. Saratoga Garage: 100 block of S Saratoga accessible from Cleveland Ave
Lasalle Garage: 200 block of Lasalle across from the Tulane Hospital Emergency Room
Guests parking in the Saratoga or Lasalle Garages can pull a ticket upon entry to the garage and pay upon exit with cash, credit card, or validation. The Tulane sponsoring department for guests can pre-purchase parking validations for the Saratoga and Lasalle Garages through an e-IT (Servicing Department is Parking Services and use N/A 8866) to Tulane Parking Services. Purchasing directly through the garage operator Go Park! is also available by contacting their office at 504-613-6622 or company@go-parking.com, or in person on the 2nd floor of the Saratoga Garage. Payment can be made using a Tulane Corporate Card.
The parking validation rates are as follows and can only be pre-purchased in increments of 25 for each rate:

- 2-3 hrs. $ 5.00
- 3-4 hrs. $ 6.00

Guests parking in one of the various ParkMobile zones located near the Tidewater building will need to download the ParkMobile app, set up an account via a credit card, and select the zone they are parking in. Below are the ParkMobile zones within one block of Tidewater. Other ParkMobile zones can be found on the ParkMobile app by selecting the “Park” icon on the bottom of the screen.

If a department wishes to pay for guests parking in a ParkMobile zone, the department can set up a ParkMobile account and link it to your Tulane Corporate Card. The parking session cannot begin ahead of time and must start when the car arrives in the zone to avoid being issued a parking citation. Therefore, the guest would need to call the contact with the department they are visiting to start the ParkMobile session upon parking and not wait until they get to the department suite to inform the department contact to begin the parking session.
