Utility Shutdowns

  • The contractor has notified the team that work associated with the electrical work may temporarily disrupt power to certain circuits within Provost Suite area on 03/07/2018.

Events for upcoming week

  • BNB will continue interior painting. 
  • Rocker Electric has requested that work associated with the replacement of the branch circuit receptacles occur on 03/07/2018, at 6AM. 
  • Tulane Networking will replace the existing data and communication box faceplates. 

Recap of work performed (February 28 – March 3, 2018) 

  • The Contractor, BNB, has completed Phase 3 of the Provost Suite Renovation.  
  • BNB reinstalled the end user’s furniture in Phase 3, after the work was completed. 
  • A pre-construction conference was held on 2/30/2018, in preparation of the work starting in phase 4. 
  • The Contractor has removed the furniture from within Phase 4, and commenced prepping the walls for paint, and carpet removal.
