From the Parking Regulations Policy
A. Challenges: NO APPEAL WILL BE CONSIDERED WHICH IS BASED ON IGNORANCE OR MISUNDERSTANDING OF THE TRAFFIC AND PARKING REGULATIONS
B. There is a $5.00 administrative fee for filing each parking citation appeal. The administrative fee will be returned only if the appeal is upheld by the Parking Appeals Committee.
C. Decisions of the Parking Appeals Committee are final - there are no further appeals. Citations which are paid cannot be appealed. If an appeal is upheld, fees will be returned and the citation will be dismissed.
