Construction Alert: Tidewater 9th Floor Construction
On Monday, February 17, 2020, demolition activity will begin on the northwest corner of the ninth floor of Tidewater. This project will include selective demolition and minor construction, and noise is expected to be minimal. This work is will last through Friday, February 28. Following demolition, construction will begin on February 28 and is expected to last through Friday, May 22. The contractor will use the service elevator as needed during this time, and the dumpster for the project will be located at the rear of the building.
Work Hours:
Weekdays: 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
No after-hours work will occur without approval.
Contractor Access to Campus & Off-Campus Buildings:
Contractors are required by their contract with the university to observe all city ordinances with respect to site access.
