Newcomb Hall Renovation: First and Fourth Floors

The Newcomb Hall renovation consists of the interior renovation of an existing historic structure on Tulane’s campus. The scope includes demolition and renovation of the complete first and fourth floors with preservation and restoration of original, character-defining features. The newly renovated floors will include classrooms, collaboration spaces, offices, new restroom facilities, and digital media spaces. The scope of work is comprised of new electrical service, a new fourth-floor mechanical room to include an outside air unit sized to serve the entire building, a new automatic sprinkler system to serve the renovated spaces, life safety upgrades at all three stairwells, and a new elevator to serve all floors.
