PJ's Coffee

PJ’s Coffee of New Orleans was founded in 1978 by Phyllis Jordan, a pioneer in the coffee industry who demonstrated that better beans, superior roasting techniques, and pure passion for the art of coffee-making mattered. PJ’s roasts its beans in small batches in their roasting facility located near the French Quarter. Their famous iced coffees are brewed daily using a special cold-drip process that protects the flavor and strength of the beans while producing a coffee that is two-thirds less acidic—a process pioneered by its founder.

Our campus locations serve a variety of gourmet fresh-brewed coffees and teas, soft drinks, juices, fresh-baked pastries, and light fare—as well as “to go” catering. Try out one of the four locations on Tulane’s uptown campus: in the breezeway of Percival Stern Hall, on Willow Street in Decout-Labat Residences, at Goldring-Woldenberg Business Complex, and at Howard-Tilton Library.
