Roof punch list repairs and flat roof flashing installations.
Continue historic window refurbishment. 
Continue HVAC installation and insulation. Monitor overnights.
Continue restroom trim out. Partitions, toilets, sinks, etc. installed in 2nd floor rest rooms.
Thompson team inspections continue where available.
Tape/float/finish where available. 202 and 3rd floor rest rooms in addition to various small areas.
Continue ceiling installations on interstitial floors (4A and 4B).
Continue preparations for fire water shut down pending water sample test results.
Continue 2nd floor lobby hardwood flooring installation.
Continue painting walls as they are available. Gallery 214, seminar 215, seminar 315, and other areas are being painted with base coats.
Close 5th floor ceiling.
Complete removal of loading ramp on 3rd floor. Cleanup for window installation.
Complete Mast climber removal from SE exterior.
Continue metal panel installations on North and South new additions.
MEP installations continue. Trim out of lower floor wall and ceiling devices continues as areas become available with painted surfaces on ceiling tiles.


Recap of Week ending July14, 2024

Begin Breakdown of East Mast Climbing scaffold and remove mortar mixers from SE exterior.
Continue MEP installations throughout. Hang light fixtures and outlets on where available. 1st and second floor.
Continue East brick installation. Wash down East Center brick, tuck point limestone on East Center Brick, lay brick to top of the South parapet and lay capstones.
Continue Tape/ Float/ Finish as walls become available. Build out 2nd floor cloud ceilings, patch openings in 202, frame out and close under stairs 4 and 5.
Continue duct insulation and fan coil unit plumbing. Add registers on 2nd floor studio duct work. Adjust rooftop duct to remove Unistrut, add insulation, route drainage, and accommodate the work platform.
Tulane Network brought servers online in IT closets (7/12).
Remove scaffolding materials from site.
Continue 2nd floor lobby flooring. Sand and test stain absorption.
Continue 5th floor ceiling installations, cover, tape/ float/ finish.
Excavate for the additional fire hydrant. Lay pipe and send water sample for testing to verify water quality.
Shut down for Electrical connections (7/13).
Put Heat and Smoke detectors in the elevator shafts.
