Tulane University Parking Services has announced a 2025-26 policy change: second- and third-year residential students are no longer eligible for uptown campus parking permits. Second-year students living on campus with a current parking permit must relocate their vehicle from the uptown campus starting Friday, Aug. 1, but no later than the first day of classes, Monday, Aug. 18.
Third-Year Students
Alternative Parking Option: Downtown LaSalle Garage
Third-year students living on campus who need to keep a vehicle in New Orleans are encouraged to park at the Tulane-owned LaSalle Garage (floors six and above) at 225 LaSalle Street on the downtown campus. This option is available at no charge, other than the cost of an access card.
