The Loyola University parking permit is available to eligible Tulane University staff, faculty, and students. The Loyola permit provides access to Loyola designated on-campus garages for the permit term of August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2027. Permits are limited and issued on a controlled basis. Availability is not guaranteed. Applicants should expect a verification and waiting process before approval.

- Cost: $850
- Total Permits Available: 200 (limited supply).
- Permit Term: August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027.
- One vehicle per permit/account.
- Not restricted by garage floor.
- Valid only in Loyola’s West Road Garage and Freret Garage.
- Loyola Permits are non-refundable.
Eligibility and Access
Eligibility for a Loyola permit is carefully reviewed to ensure compliance with program requirements:
- Each permit request must be verified for eligibility, which may result in a waiting period.
- Vendors are not eligible to purchase permits.
- Loyola community permits are not available for purchase from Loyola Parking Services for Tulane faculty, staff, students, or affiliates.
Purchase Timeline
The purchase timeline is rolled out dependent on Tulane status.
- Faculty: Monday, July 6
- Staff: Tuesday, July 14
- Graduate students and fourth-year students: Tuesday, July 21
Responsibilities and Enforcement
- Permit holders are fully responsible for understanding, following, and respecting Loyola’s parking policies.
- Permit holders are 100% responsible for adhering to Loyola parking regulations at all times.
- All citations and fines are the responsibility of the permit holder.

Important Restrictions
Permit holders must adhere to the following restrictions:
- A Loyola permit does not grant parking access at Tulane campuses.
- No permit reciprocity between universities is permitted under any circumstances.
- If Loyola garages close for any reason, permit holders may not park at Tulane locations.
