About the Project:

Steven and Jann Paul Hall Science and Engineering Building

This project includes a New Science and Engineering Building of approximately 70,000 gross square feet and associated site improvements. The new building consists of the construction of a 5-story building plus mechanical penthouse, and connections to the adjacent existing Flower Hall Building. Program spaces is anticipated to include 3 floors of interdisciplinary research laboratories for 21-24 principal investigators; core facilities; an animal research facility; a 200+ seat auditorium and student areas on the ground floor; an enclosed mechanical penthouse; and related site work.  Site improvements include loading dock, landscaping, and associated site work.
