Hutchinson Building: Seventh Floor Renovation

A digital rendering of the project described in the post.

The Hutchinson Building Level 7 renovation is a full-floor renovation of research labs, offices, and lab-support space for the School of Medicine. The design creates four lab clusters in buildings B and C, and Building A holds most of the office and meeting space. The modernized labs have shared open bench space, support rooms, and science on display with transparency to the corridors and views connected to the exterior. The offices are grouped into unique alcoves to help with wayfinding and provide borrowed light to corridors. The large break room and gathering space in the heart of building A is multipurpose space with a movable wall that invites connection and community building.
