Housing Phase I

This project will comprise two (2) new student residence halls totaling 230,000 square feet, offering around 700 new beds. The interlocking buildings will be be built on the site of the former dining hall, Bruff Commons. The complex will include:

  • 11,000 square feet of co-study space (including rooms for podcasts and several gathering areas as well as spaces for gaming)-Ground Floor
  • (1) 3,000 square foot student lounge-Ground Floor
  • (1) tiered, 200 seat multipurpose theatre-Ground Floor
  • Housing Residence Life Office Suite
  • Several Small Meeting Rooms and Classrooms
  • Double Tiered Student Lounges
  • Unique Food & Beverage Operation
  • Jewel Box space along McAlister Place: Function TBD
