Carefully read the Tulane Graduate Housing Contract and attached Terms and Conditions.
- Apartment types and monthly rent are listed on page 8 of the contract.
- Please note that there is an additional $300.00 monthly fee for spouses or domestic partners.
Complete the housing contract.
- The contract must be signed by the individual applying for housing. The Graduate Housing contract constitutes a legal agreement, and no one else may sign it for you.
- Indicate your first, second, and third choice apartment type on page 8
Submit your contract to Tulane Graduate Housing.
- Submit all pages of contract. Incomplete contracts will not be processed.
- Contract may be faxed to +1 504-988-6213, emailed to deming@tulane.edu, or mailed to 204 S. Saratoga Street., New Orleans, LA 70112.
Once the Graduate Housing office has received your contract, we will contact you by email or phone to accept your security deposit.
- We process all contracts on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will email you once your contract has been processed and your room has been reserved. Please allow us time to process and notify you.
- We only accept money orders, personal checks, or credit card. Credit card payments may be made by phone.
- Checks and money orders should be made out to “Tulane Housing.”
- Deposits sent by Western Union wire transfer will not be accepted.
Bring your original signed and printed contract when you move in.
Additional Information:
If you need to cancel your contract, you must do so in writing. Notice of cancellation must be received by our office thirty (30) days prior to your date of arrival. Late notice will result in a charge for half of your monthly rent and forfeit of your housing deposit.
Parking fees are not included in your rent. To purchase a parking pass, please go to campusservices.tulane.edu/departments/parking/downtown.
Phone service is not included in your monthly rent. If you want a land line telephone in your room, email telecom1@tulane.edu with your name, Splash Card number, and room number after check-in. Landline phone service is $30/month.
During Mardi Gras, all guests must be registered with the management office and carry an official guest pass at all times. Guest passes will incur a fee and are non-transferrable. Guest passes may be voided by the management office at any time for any reason.
