Construction Alert – Gibson Hall — President’s Office

Tulane University, along with Boudreaux Nathan Builders Inc., will commence replacing existing carpet and painting the entire President’s Office, Suite 218 on the second floor of Gibson Hall. Occupants of Gibson Hall should expect noises related to hauling of removed carpet materials, deliveries, and construction activities. Some examples include but are not limited to hand tools, power tools, material delivery trucks, etc.  

Construction is anticipated to commence on Monday, July 30, 2018 and will continue through August 2018. 
 
Work Hours:
Monday-Friday: 8:00am through 5:00pm
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00am through 5:00pm
Saturday and Sunday work must be requested 72 hours in advance. No activity producing a significant level of noise may commence prior to 8:00 AM.

Contractor Access to Campus & Off-Campus Buildings:
Contractors are required by their contract with the university to observe all city ordinances with respect to site access.
