Construction Alert – Commons – Devlin Way Closure

On Friday, August 3 through Sunday, August 5, Devlin Way at Freret Street will close for three days in order to pour a new concrete driveway apron at Freret Street. There will be no access on Devlin Way to any of the loading docks during this three-day closure. There will be increased congestion on Friday at the intersection of Devlin Way and Freret Street while the contractor makes final preparations and during the concrete pour. Devlin Way will reopen on Monday, August 6.  

Work Hours:
Weekdays, 8:00am through 5:00pm
Weekends, 9:00am through 5:00pm
 
Contractor Access to Campus & Off-Campus Buildings:
Contractors are required by their contract with the university to observe all city ordinances with respect to site access.
