Ensuring a dependable water supply for restrooms, water fountains, showers, washing machines, and dining spaces, the plumbing shop regularly performs maintenance and responds to service calls 24/7 regarding the university’s commercial plumbing systems located in every campus building. Working closely with other skilled trades, our licensed plumbers provide drain cleaning services, water leak detection, monitoring and repairs, scheduled water line and equipment shutdowns, as well as water softener, and filter and conditioning services. Because the plumbing shop is licensed by the state, plumbers may perform renovations ranging in scope from a single fixture such as installing a new lavatory to retrofitting entire bath and restroom projects.
