Working with local paint suppliers, university designers, and interior decorators, the paint shop employs painters and finishers who can tape, float, sand, and paint any sheetrock wall or ceiling in any campus space. The paint shop also is responsible for installation of certain floor coverings like carpet. Along with trim and building exteriors, paint shop workers can be seen around campus painting lawn furniture, light poles and signs.
