The Federal and Grant Funded Services division of Planning, Design, and Construction oversees the project and manages the cost, and recoupment of the university’s federal, state, and other grant funded construction, disaster recovery and hazard mitigation projects with the specific intent to maximum eligible project cost and recoupment.
