You may also visit our website and online order form. Students who have left New Orleans with repair needs may email tcorders@tulane.edu with details. We will work to accommodate many physical repairs with a “mail/ship in” repair program as we recognize Apple stores in your area are closed.
As Facilities Services responds to Service Wave requests, especially in residence hall rooms, technicians will follow all social distancing and face covering policies as defined by the university. If a service call conflicts with a student logging into a virtual class, the technician will work with the student to reschedule the work for a later time. All facilities requests can still be submitted through Service Wave at servicewave.tulane.edu.
