- Continue window restorations.
- Continue MEP installation throughout.
- Add scaffolding on the North façade to allow tuckpointing. Continue West tuck pointing.
- Continue interior masonry work. Mortar and brick infill along with penetrations as needed for bathrooms.

- Electrical shut down successfully routed temp power to Dinwiddie Hall while permanent power is routed underground.
- Building cleaned up.

- Insulate interior of precast panels and apply intumescent paint on 4th floor truss and support steel.
