The Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team is staffed with general maintenance workers available to perform typical building service maintenance functions which may include changing light bulbs, maintaining common areas such as corridors and general pool classrooms, solving door issues, and fixing broken toilets. Because general maintenance workers are assigned to geographic zones across the campuses, they may also be seen hanging banners or investigating emergencies within their buildings, such as natural gas smells or other odors, water leaks, clogged drains or responding to an elevator malfunction. O&M also coordinates pest control indoors and works with Grounds regarding any pest concerns outdoors.
